Hira Mani was born on February 27, 1989 in Karachi, a developed city of Pakistan, which is located in Sindh and she is 35 years old, her height is five feet five inches, her father's name is Syed Farrukh Jamal and her mother's name is Name is Nahid Jamal and his brother's name is Hasan Jamal. 

Her religion is Islam and her spouse's name is Sheikh Salman Saqib. Hira Mani married fellow actor Sheikh Salman Saqib at the age of 19. Their wedding ceremony took place on 18 April 2008. She received critical acclaim for his role in the serial and later played a guest role in Mr Shamim and how not are we left (2016). His work in the Hum TV series, Mere Paas Tum Ho was critically acclaimed. Hum TV series also featured Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqui and Ayeza Khan in lead roles.

After that in 2023, she achieved great success in the drama serial Mehr Mah, Yeh Na Thi Hamari Kahani apart from this she also gave a great performance in a movie Teri Meri Kahani.
