General Manager 

Education:

Minimum Graduation from Reputable HEC Recognized university

Candidate having master Degree from HEC will be preferable

Experience:

Minimum 15 Years Experience with at Least 10 Years in Banking out of which 5 year leadership role Preferable in Retail Banking

Other Skills:

Coaching and Monitoring

Leadership

Team Building, Interpersonal and Communication skills

Ability to work under pressure, Problem Solving Skills and decision making

To grow the Book as per Target in all business segment for asset , Labilities Trade of business

To Meet Existing High Net worth Clint

To identify new Business channels with potential opportunities and develop a business plan.

To monitor audit and compliance related matters and ensure that any gaps

To reviews audit reports of each region and segment periodically and ensure timely resolution

To ensure succession planning for all Critical position

To Monitor all KPIs of the business areas and ensure that evolution all staff to be in line with those KPIs. This should be done.
